2. Regional Restrictions
The Service is not available to users located in Mainland China. Do not use VPNs, proxies, false account information, third-party payment methods, or other methods to bypass regional restrictions, payment risk controls, sanctions rules, or upstream provider requirements.
2. Illegal, Harmful, or Abusive Use
You may not use the Service for illegal activity, fraud, scams, phishing, spam, credential theft, malware, cyberattack tools, harassment, threats, doxxing, impersonation, rights infringement, sanctions evasion, or card network rule violations.
3. AI Safety Restrictions
You may not generate, distribute, or facilitate non-consensual sexual content, CSAM or sexualization of minors, harmful deepfakes, deceptive impersonation, extremist or violent facilitation, self-harm encouragement, regulated professional advice presented as definitive, or content that violates upstream provider policies.
4. Platform Abuse
You may not resell accounts or credentials, bypass rate limits, circumvent regional restrictions, automate abusive scraping, reverse engineer systems, benchmark or harvest outputs at scale to train competing models, or interfere with service security.
5. Enforcement
We may block requests, revoke API keys, suspend or terminate accounts, withhold refunds, preserve records, and report activity where necessary for safety, payment risk, legal compliance, or upstream provider requirements.
